Los Lunas Schools is thrilled to announce that Keith Sedillo, an inspiring Bosque Farms Elementary teacher, has been awarded $1,000 through the Extra Yard for Teachers program, a partnership between the Isleta New Mexico Bowl and PNM.

This initiative celebrates educators who make a significant impact in their classrooms and communities. The funds will support Mr. Sedillo's innovative projects and enhance the learning experience for his students, reflecting the program's commitment to recognizing and empowering those dedicated to shaping young minds.

The Isleta New Mexico Bowl partnered with the College Football Playoff Foundation and PNM to say “thank you” to teachers and educators who go above and beyond; who go “the extra yard” to make a difference in the lives of New Mexico kids. 

Mr. Sedillo was also awarded four tickets to the bowl game, which will be Saturday, December 28, 2024 at the University of New Mexico Stadium. He has been invited to participate in an on-field presentation during the game to be recognized.
